RMLD’s customer specialists are trained to exceed your expectations by responding to your inquiries and requests doing the right thing, the right way, the first time.  They recognize the importance of quality service through effective and efficient responses. 

Some popular services that we currently offer are the direct result of your input and the customer specialists’ initiative:  

  • RMLD’s on-line credit card and direct payment options were put in place at your suggestion and implemented by the Customer Service Department.


  • Your inquires led our customer specialists to investigate the prospect of an appliance rebate program, which was implemented in December 2002.  The success of the program was reinforced with the supplemental rebates for additional appliances in June 2003.  To date RMLD customers have received over $25,000 in appliance rebates on Energy Star refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers and air conditioners.
